At Thrivin, we want you to love your wardrobe. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
